  Horrible service. As you can see from all the other reviews. The employees have zero customer service skills.
  
  I called in an order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived 40 minutes later and went inside. I waited 5 minutes, being treated like I wasn't standing there. Finally I flagged down an employee and without looking at anything she told me the order wasn't ready yet! So I shook it off and asked another employee, I told him my name and that I had a call in order he took my name and walked away.....I never saw him again! Not knowing what to do at this point I walked up to the cook and asked if she had my order, she said "we are very busy" (which is understandable its not the cooks fault). I went outside and came back in 5 minutes later and asked to speak to a manager. He wouldn't give me eye contact and told me "there are customers waiting, when im done with this I will help you". I told him that an hour ago I was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes. He replied "we are busy." OK? So why did you tell me 20 minutes. I finally got him to check on the status of it so I have an idea how long I'm going to be sitting outside in my car. He comes back and tells me that they have no order in my name! If just one employee would have done their job and checked when I asked, any 3 of them, I wouldn't have had a problem.
  
  My last two experiences have been very similar. The time before this they told me a time it would be ready and I waited an extra 20 minutes. Double what they told me.
  
  DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY! There are plenty of good restaurants in Park City 15 minutes away.
